  1. SCOPE

    In this section, the term Nornenthal Terms and Conditions refers to the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded and available to view and download on our website:

    1. These Nornenthal Terms and Conditions apply to all persons and contracting parties placing orders or entering into contractual, business or trading relationships with Nornenthal e.U..
    2. Provisions, terms and agreements submitted by customers, companies or contracting parties that differ from or contradict the Nornenthal Terms and Conditions are not permitted unless the management of Nornenthal e.U. has expressly accepted them in an additional written declaration of consent.
    3. Goods, products, deliveries, services and offers from Nornenthal e.U. are agreed exclusively on the basis of the latest version of the Nornenthal Terms and Conditions.

    5. The sole language of the contract is German.

  2. REGISTRATION

    In this section, the term customer refers to the user registering or registered on the Nornenthal e.U. website. The term customer account is synonymous with user account, account or profile:

    1. Registration and the creation of a customer account are free of charge.
    2. By registering, the customer accepts the current privacy policy available on the website.
    3. By registering, the customer accepts the current Terms and Conditions available on the website.
    4. By registering a customer account, the customer agrees that information concerning them will continue to be stored after their customer account has been deleted, for the duration of the retention period applicable in Austria. (Invoices, credit notes, emails, etc.)
    5. The customer undertakes to ensure that the personal information they enter is correct and up to date. This applies in particular to delivery and billing addresses.
    6. The customer undertakes to choose a secure password for their customer account that is known only to them.
    7. The customer undertakes to use their customer account exclusively themselves and not to negligently disclose their login details to other persons.
    8. The customer undertakes to use their customer account properly and to log out after use to prevent access by other persons.
    9. The customer undertakes not to misuse, further process, extract or disclose to third parties information additionally accessible through the creation of the user account.
    10. A customer account may be deleted at any time free of charge.
    11. When the customer account is deleted, account-related information and browsing and purchasing behaviour are deleted to the greatest extent possible.

  3. PURCHASE CONTRACT

    1. The presentation of goods in the Nornenthal online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. It is merely a free, non-binding invitation from Nornenthal e.U. to order goods in the online shop.
    2. The prices shown on the website are gross prices and include the VAT required by law in Austria and other price components, excluding applicable shipping costs. Further information on shipping costs is available on the following page: http://www.nornenthal.at/versand
    3. The product images used in the shop are examples. As the stones used are a natural product, colours, shapes and patterns may differ from the example image. The customer agrees that an appearance differing from the example image does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
    4. Regarding the effects of stones, the customer is informed that the use of healing stones does not replace a visit to a doctor.
    5. By clicking the "Submit order" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase.
    6. The offer to purchase is based on the prices displayed on the website at the time the offer is made and the Nornenthal Terms and Conditions freely accessible on the website.
    7. After Nornenthal e.U. receives the offer to purchase, the customer receives an automatically generated email containing a payment request so that they can transfer the amount due. This does not yet constitute our acceptance of the contract. It merely fulfils our statutory information obligations. Acceptance occurs only through a separate order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods to the customer.
    8. If delivery of the ordered products is not possible for unforeseen reasons, the money will be refunded to an account specified by the customer within 14 days.
    9. Both contracting parties may withdraw from the purchase contract until the goods are dispatched by Nornenthal e.U..

  4. PAYMENT TERMS

    1. Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
    2. The invoice amount must be transferred to the Nornenthal account within 14 days of receipt of the payment request.
    3. When paying by PayPal, the customer is automatically redirected to the PayPal website during checkout. The customer agrees to this redirection and to the transmission of information required to pay for the order. The invoice number, invoice amount, currency and a signature identifying the entire order are transmitted to PayPal.

  5. DELIVERY

    1. We dispatch goods only after receiving payment from the customer.
    2. The customer's right to withdraw from the contract expires when the goods are dispatched.
    3. If goods arrive damaged, this must be reported to the delivery provider immediately.
